Purpose of Ministry: To visit hospitalized members of the Church of the Ascension family to show our love, care and support for our parish membership.
Number of Hours Expected to Be Needed Each Month: Varies each month depending upon need.
Meeting Requirements: 2 to 3 times per year
Explanation:
- Training is provided before visits are made.
- Visits are usually brief.
- Visitors may take the Sunday service sheet or a card provided by the Church.
- Commitment is for 1 year as a member of this ministry.
