Ministry Contacts:

Purpose of Ministry:  To provide a meal to church members when they face stressful circumstances such as a death, illness, surgery, etc.

Number of Hours Expected to Be Needed Each Month:   This varies each month, but volunteers serve on a team of 3-4 members during two separate months of the year.

Meeting Requirements:   None -- Team members coordinate taking food to the home.

Where are  Ministry Services Provided:   Monthly teams work together to meet parishioner needs.  While home cooked food is greatly appreciated, prepared deli dishes and make-ahead frozen items are wonderful too.  Each team has a "leader" who coordinates food deliveries.  Approximately 24 women currently volunteer, usually for two months each.
