Welcome to the Episcopal Church of the Ascension!  We appreciate your interest in our parish and invite you to come and meet us in person as well as on this website.  Although we are a relatively large parish of 1,100 members, first and foremost, we strive to be a welcoming community of disciples committed to living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in community.  As an Episcopal church within the Anglican Communion, Ascension is a community united in faith, often diverse in opinion, and joyfully One in worship.  God has truly blessed Church of the Ascension with a beautiful sanctuary, a gifted staff, and a multi-generational body of Christ that grows and experiences God together.  Some of our members are life-long Episcopalians, while others have come from multiple traditions to find a spiritual home here.  All are welcome, and it is our commitment to offer a broad range of ministries for all of our members here at Ascension.  I would like to take this opportunity to both invite and encourage you to consider making Church of the Ascension your new spiritual home, where you can grow and thrive in Christ.  So, come, join us here at Ascension as we live out both the Great Commandment and the Great Commission of Christ our Lord, together.
